Siding replacement and repair

Fiber cement, vinyl, and engineered wood — installed with the flashing details most crews skip.

Siding is the part of a house where shortcuts hide best. The panels are the visible half of the job; the weather barrier, flashing, and trim details behind them are what decide whether the wall stays dry for thirty years.

We install house wrap properly lapped, flash every window and door head, and integrate the wall with the roof rather than butting materials together and caulking the gap. Caulk is a finish, not a waterproofing strategy.

If your existing siding is failing in patches, it is worth knowing why before replacing it. Sometimes the siding is fine and the problem is behind it.
