Home additions
Room additions, second stories, and conversions — design through final inspection, one contract.
An addition is the most involved thing most homeowners ever build, and the design phase is where the money is either saved or wasted. Where the new roof meets the old one, where the load goes, and whether the existing foundation can carry it are questions worth answering on paper first.
We work design-build: the drawings, the engineering, the permit, and the construction are one contract with one company accountable for all of it. When the design and the build are split between firms, the gap between them is where budgets go.
We will also tell you when an addition is the wrong answer. Reworking space you already have is frequently cheaper and faster than adding more.
